I am a much organised, hard working person. I particularly like challenging work mostly where it involves enabling others and motivating them towards achieving objectives.
I am the Founder of several organisations with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, Analytical Skills, and Microsoft Word. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a PhD in Management Motivation bias in sports management and transferability of skills from University of Salford and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Finance, from Birmingham City University. I have spoken as a Key Note speaker at various lectures, seminars and public events.

Coach / Mentor Interpersonal skills are one of my strong points on coaching and mentoring. This been strengthened with years of lecturing at various colleges. In imparting knowledge my unique methodology is being empathic.
Effective Communicator Having worked a number of years in the bank where you deal with customers directly; you need to be a skilled communicator. I am a good communicator both externally to customers and internally with other staff members.
I am always conscious of the importance of time. I therefore, make sure I plan my duties and that these are done on time whilst achieving targets.
Creative and Innovative I started my own promotional and agency firm. A first company of its kind in Malawi and was able to sign contracts with the government football association processing over 50,000 people a day. I therefore like challenging work.
Managing an institution, Lincolns College Manchester at a very dynamic period in the United Kingdom for educational providers. Spelt by continuous policy changes by the government.
Able to manage a group to work towards achieving organisational goals. In this aspect was able to have overall responsibility in several departments in the bank I worked for. This is effectively reflected in my conduct in any job am assigned such as being head of post graduate studies.
Was able to effectively direct the finance and administration functions of a Malawian manufacturing and export company as a director. An experience that is expansive.
Involved with most committees of the bank including chairing the bank’s staff welfare committee and social activities committee. These leadership roles make me fit in any environment. It is also an experience worth sharing.
